Welcome to the National Digital & Technical Skills Employability Program (NDTSEP). This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures under which a refund can be requested for our vocational and technical training programs.

1Eligibility for Refund(ریفنڈ کے لیے اہلیت)

Refunds are applicable under specific circumstances, such as non-receipt of access to the learning platform after payment.

Payment made but no login credentials received
Valid proof of payment submitted

2Refund Process(ریفنڈ کا عمل)

If eligible, the refund process includes:

→Verification by NDTSEP staff

→Processing within 7-14 business days
