National Digital & Technical Skills Employability Program is proudly affiliated with the Chief Minister Punjab's Asaan Karobar Funding Program to support its brilliant and hardworking students. Through this collaboration, National Digital & Technical Skills Employability Program graduates who have successfully completed 100% of their course become eligible to apply for the National Digital & Technical Skills Employability Program Asaan Karobar Card. This initiative offers interest-free loans of up to Rs. 1 million to outstanding National Digital & Technical Skills Employability Program graduates and small entrepreneurs across Punjab through a digital SME card. The program helps young professionals start or expand businesses with zero-interest financing, flexible repayment options, and support for sustainable growth.

- Loan Type: Revolving credit facility for 12 months
- Interest Rate: 0% (Zero Interest)
- Repayment: 24 equal monthly installments after first year
- Grace Period: 3 months from card issuance
Eligibility Requirements
- Age: 21 to 57 years
- Pakistani National residing in Punjab
- Valid CNIC and registered mobile number
- Must be enrolled in National Skills Development Program
- Course completion: Minimum 90% required
- Clean credit history with no overdue loans
- Satisfactory credit and psychometric assessment
- Only one application per individual and business
Loan Usage & Repayment
- First 50% available within first 6 months
- Second 50% released after satisfactory usage and PRA/FBR registration
- Monthly installments start after 3 months grace period
- Minimum 5% monthly payment of outstanding balance
- Remaining balance repaid over 2 years in EMIs
- Funds restricted to business purposes only

- Utility bills, government fees, and taxes
- Cash withdrawal (up to 25% of limit)
- Digital transactions through POS and mobile app
- Business-related purposes only
- Non-essential transactions are blocked

- Annual Card Fee: PKR 25,000 + FED
- Processing Fee: Non-refundable PKR 500
- Life assurance included in scheme
- Card issuance and delivery charges covered
- Late payment charges as per bank policy

- Personal guarantee digitally signed by borrower

- Registration with PRA/FBR mandatory within 6 months
